Vykonaný zber, prepravu, zhodnocovanie alebo zneškodnenie komunálnych odpadov a drobných stavebných odpadov s výnimkou biologicky rozložiteľného kuchynského a reštauračného odpadu od prevádzkovateľa kuchyne na území obce môže len ten, kto má uzatvorenú zmluvu na vykonávanie tejto činnosti s obcou. Článok 2 Zber objemného odpadu z domácností a drobného stavebného odpadu 1. Objemný odpad z domácností a drobný stavebný odpad sa zbiera do veľkokapacitných kontajnerov, ktoré sú umiestnené podľa potreby po”, with no dates.
