The colour KEY is therefore now established with confidence, closing the 'this session did not render it' gap -- but the per-day MARK-TO-DATE extraction across all 12 months (72+ zmesovy cells alone, plus plasty/papier/sklo/bio/nebezpecny) still needs a second, independent channel B (an engine pass or a mechanical weekday-consistency check per the s24 martin precedent) before any date can be WRITTEN -- a single render is channel A only, and TRANSCRIPTS.md's dual-channel rule is not satisfied by a legend match alone for 200+ individual date cells. Left as `dates: null` on purpose (honest failure beats invented success); flagged under '## For the parent' as ready for an engine/mechanical pass. obeclazany.sk remains NXDOMAIN (re-confirmed today) and no 2026 edition exists anywhere (Wayback CDX for obeclazany.sk/*odpad* re-run today: newest is still the 2025-01-11 capture of this same image; every root-URL capture from Dec 2025 through Feb 2026 is a placeholder digest (3I42H3S6NNFQ2MSVX7XZKYAYSCX5QBYJ, 432-457 bytes, text/plain) -- Wayback's own record of a dead host, not a live page, so the s23 note about 'a root snapshot as late as 2026-02-06' was Wayback recording its own failed-fetch placeholder, not new obec content).“
